Just a little scared flower....

Just a little somethin'. I've been playing with Painter and trying to find something that looks good under a few of my rough sketches. This one was a mix of watercolors and chalk in the end. I've been trying to learn Painter with as little reading of the manual as possible, that's my work process. I just "read" the pictures. But I am having fun experimenting with all the different effects. So far I am love the possibilities of Painter!

HA !! Yessssssss !!! I love this, It's like opening a christmas present for me everytime you post something. ( A good present of course, not socks or savings bonds.) I'm glad to see you are experimenting. It's paying off. Keep exploring. I also like how you kept the energy of the drwing while still making it a colorfull vibrant peice. I think you have inspired me to try this approach for my next peice. great K

Very cute design and I just love the subtle colour too!

I too read pictures. Try just pressing buttons, you'll find a lot of happy accidents that way too! Not the best way to work if you are under the gun for a deadline or something though! Keep learning that painter thingie and maybe you could pass on something to me when you get a chance when we eventually get together for that coffee or tea before you go. `
