Onament Ideas

A few years ago, I thought I would try my hand at making Christmas Ornaments. Since it is that season again... I have been doing a few sketches that I would like to make into ornaments. These are just two little ones.

Having had the privlige of seeing other ornaments that you have hand sculpted and painted, i am very excited by seeing these sketches. I love the character and poses and can't wait to see the final results when you get to them. Very cool stuff.

Looks like fun -

I like the bottom pose - everything should be happy at Christmas time.

My wife and I did sculpy ornaments on our first X-Mas together (1994) when we had a tiny tree and no ornaments to decorate with. We still have most of them - with a few broken parts - but they are some of the most beloved items we own.

Your characters have such nice energy to 'em. Really nice work! Very animation friendly.

Thanks for posting on my weight excercise. If you DO check out my AM blog I'd totally appreciate feedback if you don't mind. I'm not finished cleaning up yet but any observations would be great.

Thanks again Krista!
